4 Generations

We recently went to a party on the Bjarnson side of the family to see the Ferrells while they were in town. We got this cute picture of Alex with his mom, papa Jim, and Great Grandma Bjarnson. It was great to see everyone. We saw Alex's second cousin Emery who is 6 months old. She is so cute and petite. Alex is already bigger than her at just 4 months.

Strolling

Alex love his stroller. Here he is peeking out from his blanket. Even when it is a little chilly out we just bundle up. Alex is all about routines. He doesn't like it when we have to skip our walks.

Too Cute

Alex had pictures with his cousins this week. This is a really cute one with his 11 month old cousin Zackary.

Restless Night

Alex has always been a good sleeper at night. For the first 6 weeks he would only wake once or twice to feed and go right back to sleep. After that he started sleeping through the night. We had to put him in his own room at about 10 weeks because he had reached the weight limit for his bassinet. Somehow he has always ended up in bed with Mom in the morning after he had breakfast. He loves the big bed.

Last night Alex had the worst night he has ever had. He only slept for an hour at a time and by 4:30 was in bed with Mom and Dad. He has been waking to feed that last week or two and I think I am ready to start the rice cereal. Also I think he is teething. He has been chewing stuff like crazy and drooling a ton. I think that was the issue last night. I guess if I've only had one bad night in almost 4 months I should count my blessings!

Grandma Jensen

Alex finally had the opportunity to meet Grandma Jensen. She lives in a nursing home so we had been nervous to take him there. Grandma hasn't been doing so well and as usual is very depressed.


When we walked in the door her face lit up! She was so excited to meet Alex and hold him. It was a great visit for all of us.

Just Chillin'

Alex loves to be outside. Alex and I go on as many walks during the day as we can squeeze in. We get bummed when it is raining. However it is nice that our lawn is so green without the aid of sprinklers!

Camping in Vernon

We had the opportunity to go camping this weekend. We went down to Vernon, UT and had a lot of fun. We went with our good friends Luke and Holly. They were kind enough to allow us to go with them in the trailer making Alex's first camping trip a delight. He did very well. He had so much fun that he slept for 11 hours straight that night, a new family record.
